Navarun,

Thanks for your comment I appreciate your having visited my page. My apologies for the late reply I was out of town, an then preparing for an interview. You are correct that we need to find new pathways to ensure that the message gets across. We can make great strides in OD/OE if we just pay a little more attention to how our workforces are comprised and what is of value to each of our employees.

Hmm it seems like your site ate my first comment (it was extremely long) so I guess I'll just sum it up what I wrote and say, I'm thoroughly enjoying your blog. I too am an aspiring blog writer but I'm still new to the whole thing. Do you have any tips for inexperienced blog writers? I'd definitely appreciate it.

Thank you for the kind words, Greg. You've offered excellent insights as well on the bottom-line value of getting corporate culture right. I'm always most pleased to meet fellow voices in the effort to bring the importance of culture to the fore.

I, too, am an admirer of the research published in Firms of Endearment and am pleased to see it highlighted here again.

I'm now following your blog and enjoying it a great deal.

I’d have to go along with with you one this subject. Which is not something I usually do! I enjoy reading a post that will make people think. Also, thanks for allowing me to speak my mind!
